IBPS Clerk Salary 2026
The basic pay scale for Customer Service Associate is:
₹24,050 – ₹64,480
Selected candidates will also receive DA, HRA, special allowance and other benefits according to the rules of the allotted bank.
IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
Candidates should be 20 to 28 years of age as prescribed in the notification.
Age relaxation includes:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC-NCL – 3 years
- PwBD – 10 years
- Other eligible categories – As per Government rules
IBPS CSA Eligibility Criteria 2026
Applicants must satisfy the prescribed age, educational qualification and State/UT eligibility requirements. Recruitment is conducted on a State/UT-wise basis, so candidates should apply for only one State/UT and meet the required local-language conditions.
IBPS Clerk Educational Qualification 2026
Candidates must possess a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government as on 21 August 2026.
Candidates should also have working knowledge of computers and satisfy the local-language requirements prescribed for the selected State/UT.

The IBPS CSA selection process mainly consists of:
