AAI Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
Manager: Maximum 32 years
Junior Executive: Maximum 27 years, calculated as on 7 September 2026. SC/ST get 5 years, OBC-NCL 3 years and PwBD candidates 10 years relaxation.
AAI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility & Qualification
Qualifications vary by discipline. Candidates require relevant B.E./B.Tech, MBA/PGDM, CA/CMA/CFA, MCA, Architecture, Law or postgraduate qualification. Manager posts generally require 3 years relevant experience, while Junior Executive posts do not require experience.
AAI Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
Selection includes Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Interview, Document Verification, Medical Examination or physical/driving tests depending on the post.
