IOB Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
Age will be calculated as on 1 August 2026.
The age limit varies according to the post and ranges between 22 and 45 years.

- Manager IT: 25–35 years
- Manager Information Security/IS Audit: 22–32 years
- Senior Manager IT/DBA: 28–38 years

IOB Educational Qualification 2026
Educational qualifications differ according to the post. Candidates should possess qualifications such as Graduation, B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, MBA/PGDM, CA or CMA in the relevant discipline.
For example, Manager Branch Management requires Graduation with relevant banking experience, while IT posts require B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines. Credit posts require Finance qualifications such as MBA/PGDM or CA/CMA. Relevant post-qualification work experience is mandatory for these posts.
