The starting basic pay for a Local Bank Officer is ₹48,480 per month. In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance or leased accommodation, Leave Fare Concession, medical insurance, retirement benefits and other allowances according to Punjab National Bank rules.

Applicants must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a university or institution recognised or approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
